We will refund all products returned to us for any reason within 15 days of the purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. The right to return may be applied to the purchased product as a whole, without some of its integral parts and/or accessories (e.g. fastenings, ties, buckles, etc.) missing. Also, it is not possible to return only part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, complementary items, etc.); in the event of any missing product(s) or any damages within 48 hours of receipt, we will refund the purchase price in full, plus the cost of return if the return results from an error made by us or from a defective item.
Returned products must be sent in their original outer packaging with enclosed Exchange & Returns form. Return of products should be notified to us by either telephone or email (please find contact details on our contact form).
Merchandise must be returned in one package. Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (GLS or TNT). We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Italy must be returned from Italy. Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
We hope that you are pleased with your order but If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange any purchases within 15 days of receipt. But first, please contact our Customer service to reserve the new desired item. Using the Return & Exchange form, indicate which item you wish to exchange and the reason why. Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item you wish to exchange in the original packaging. Arrange a pick-up with the same delivery service that the order was sent with (GLS or TNT). Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt. The previously reserved exchange item will be dispatched immediately.
We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached. It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size and/or colour. Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item once. Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times. Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (GLS or TNT). We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. The exchange is unfortunately not free of charge.
